The Hov Pod Hovercraft was star of the show at the Korean International Boat Show,demonstrated by new Hov Pod Dealer Hovertech Ltd.

Considerable interest has been aroused in the UK-made product since its launch at the 2002 Southampton Boat Show in southern England and subsequent appearance at the recent London Boat Show. Some overseas visitors were interested in using Hov Pod as a leisure craft while others considered it could be a valuable aid as a rescue vehicle for police work.

Large hovercraft had their day in both the military and commercial sectors, but to all intents, this ended in 2000 with the death of the cross channel SRN-4's. Small hovercraft have a modest but growing role to play in recreational, utility, commercial and military operations.
